Hello,
I would like to ask if my bios setting is correct and I cant install my new OS, maybe theres something in the bios that I need to configure

Hello,
what happen when you try to install?... with this settings?... 1st booting device your CD-ROM is USB one?...

It will hang up on windows setup(setup is starting windows) then it wont continue so what I did os try another kind of windows xp sp2,it will run until creating partition and when it comes to copying the files it wouldnt continue. I know my sp2 is not damage coz I tried it on the other pc and it works.

Is you hard disk is recognized in BIOS?

Yes it was detected , it is a school pc and they have 10 pc same motherboard and same problem.
