Google chrome not working or my laptop

sir i have a problem im just browsing using with google chrome and its stop and lost and i click it again to brows but in new window its not showing image and i try too to download opera but it same not showing image or letters but i can click or play video but not showing faces or image but have sound what happend its something wrong on my brower or laptop? but in internet explorer and fire fox its ok
