Hello,
Sounds like a virus infection or a problem with an update.
Anyway try to follow this steps,
step 1 : Press "Power" and turn on your Acer Aspire
step 2 :Press and hold "ALT" on your keyboard.
step 3 : Press and hold "F10" on your keyboard. This will boot your Acer Aspire 5610Z into the built-in recovery partition. Follow the directions on screen to recover your notebook computer.
Post the results....
