My regedit n task manager

Hello,

my regedit n task manager are disabled by the administrator,

i already use,,gpedit,hijack this,n many ways i tried to used it.it still block my task manager n regedit but there nothing n my adminidtrative templates. also i; using tune up utilities registry edit,,but when i can hte value to 0,it will change back to 0.what is my problem sir?

can u help me to solved it....i hope..plese reply me to my email

Your computer is still infected by virus which block your task manager and regedit. You should first remove the virus and then use some tool like RRT (search it at Google) to reenable your task manager and regedit.
