Virus In my Portable HDD

Hello,
Guys i am having virus in my portable HDD the this is that when ever i plug my HDD into a comp instantly i cant view hidden folders i have tried changing it back to view hidden folder in folder option but it changes back again to dont show hidden folders and when ever i click on any of my drives it opens it in a new window instead of opening it in the same window this problem keep on coming until and unless i reboot my comp but as soon and i plug my HDD this problem is back again what should i do ?

Your computer is infected by virus. You should clean your computer with antivirus first and then use it to clean your HDD.

Did you try to format your HDD??

Malware are very difficult to remove but i think spyware doctor can do it ;)
