Hello,
I left my laptop sitting for a while, unplugged and hibernating. I came back and turned it on and it was completely fine with 3/4 battery left. I plugged it in anyway and as soon as the plug touched the port it shut off completely and won't turn back on. When I have the charger plugged in the light on it just flickers. It's a dell XPS 15Z with an internal battery.
