How to fix my transcend flash drive that has no media

please help me on how to fix my flash drive, it appears to have no media and has 0 capacity... when I used it for the first time I formatted it then after formatting it, it appear to have no media and 0 capacity and cannot be seen in my computer... please help me please... thank you so much...
