Headphones not producing sound

Hi Angela,
You must have got that information from Device manager. Does the device have any drivers installed? you can tell this from the drivers tab in the box you got this information from.
General things to check first are:
1 - the headphones are connected to the headphone socket and not the mic or aux socket.
2 - the device isnt muted.
If these are ok, and the drivers are installed then uninstall them and reinstall them.
