hi there, in my new pc earphones sometimes when there inst actually noise or music in games like assassins creed when im in a speech with something, when no one is talking or there is a second of quiet in the game, the earphones are stop working, or maybe sometimes even if people talking, the earphones stop working and i dont know what is the problem, its not my pc cause my other headphone works
what should i do?

If the other earphone work then there is something WRONG with the new ones.
