Hey Rakesh. I'd suggest that you try the memory card with another computer or device to see if the same thing happens and if you can recover your data in case it's recognized properly. I'd also recommend that you try accessing it via Linux Live USB/CD (this is basically a bootable, freeware, portable version of Linux which can often help in cases like this one) to see if you're able to get to your data this way.
