Im having a same prob n i tried that 30 seconds trick but its noT working..
The prob is when i start my cpu all fans starts power light also starts but red light of HDD is not blinking n moniter screen doesnt get any data.

I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at your computer. You might have a motherboard or hard disk failure.
