On my hp pc, I just restarted it to install an update. After the update was installed, I waited patiently for it to restart only to get a blue screen that says "Your PC has a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some data and will restart for you" before restarting and showing the same screen over and over again. I have tried everything (shutting down my laptop, pressing button, etc.) but nothing has done a single thing. I even tried opening the BIOS but nothing happens. Can someone please help me?
