Where is the HDD Dive password?

Been having trouble restoring my laptop and all it keeps askin for is the "HDD Drive passwork" I have no clue what that is or where to even find it at...can someone help me by explaining what im even looking for and where to even look? Thanks id really appreciate it.

We are terribly sorry but Kioskea cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can't prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
