This message indicates that the hard drives are disconnected. I suggest you check the connections.
Did you see you hard disk in your boot menu by pressing F12

Hi Jinksie,
It seems that your PC can not locate your OS. If you haven't done any hardware changes, you may be getting this error because of a connectivity issue or a hard drive problem. I strongly recommend you to check if your hard drive is correctly displayed in BIOS. If it is not, sadly it may have failed. If you have the option, try to connect it to a desktop PC as a secondary drive. If the drive is visible in BIOS, use a Windows installation CD/DVD and try to do a clean installation.
