Hello,
is this email in your Inbox or a subfolder?
at the top of the email there should be something which states "Always allow from sender" or "mark as safe" or something along those lines.
you may need to review your smartscreen filtering.

The messages are in my inbox. Interestingly if I open Hotmail in Mozilla then the links work, so it appears the issue is related to Outlook.
Do you think smart screen filtering is still the issue, if so could you give me some details on how to do this.
many thanks for your help.
