Input repetetive data

Hello,

I have to input 100 + truck weights, number plates, ticket nrs and loading times.
I was wondering if any one had an easy to use template were by typing in the nr plate the empty weight and content would show up automatically after inputting this information once.

would you consider using Excel VBA UserForm as a handy tool?
