Auto shutdown just after the window opens

Hello,

My dell laptop automatically shutdown as I open the window again. When I start it the screen displays that
Windows does not shut down successfully. Selct the following safe mode configurations

Safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with command prompt
start windows normally

as I select any of these options the window starts and in no time it shuts down automatically.

what should I do to solve this problem
