I don't see much hope if you have tried all the standard fixes.
Some people have found that Linux will sometimes access drives that Windows will not. You could try booting from a Linux CD so as to not change the OS on your computer.

Hi meandeanman,
Sadly, as xpcman stated, there may be some problem with the drive. Have you tried using the chkdsk /r command from the CMD? Sometimes it results helpful, so I would try it. Try using another USB cable. If nothing helps, Linux Live CD could really grant you some access to your files.
