Hello, i have a sony 32gb 3.0 usb pendrive which shows 0 bytes and when i tried to format it nothing shows up.when i have also tried using hpusbdisk2.2.3.exe to format it but it shows no media on the device can u plz say how to fix it? thanks in advance. sry for bad english

It appears that the memory chip has failed and that you need to replace the drive.
