PC will not let me download antivirus

Help! I have some sort of virus that is effecting the microsoft apps and skype on my computer. I am getting a lot of message boxes saying certain files are currupt or that I don't have the administrator rights ( which I do). It won't let me download avg antivirus or mcafee. It also won't let me access system restore. Is there any backdoor way to system restore? Or another solution that doesn't involve returning to factory settings?

Is your windows is genuine one?... may be it get corrupted causing the corrupted message... 
What is the make and model of your computer/laptop? 
Os?
Browser?
Do you have anti virus already?
