Hey there I really need help for my walkman player when I connected it to the laptop it cannot recognize my device, I'm so frustrated because when I connect with the laptop it charge but the laptop can't recognized my device, what should I do? Btw, my walkman is Sony NWZ-E463 model

if you did not install the driver for it, you can visit this link and download the appropriate driver for your windows.
