Bluetooth not working even the drivers are updated

Hi guys,

I have a Dell Inspiron 3520. My bluethooth is on but is not able to detect any device and neither any other device is able to detect my laptop. In bluetooth properties I have checked the box for letting other devices connect to my laptop but still it doesn't work. I have been having this problem for weeks. Please help
