You can download "kon Boot" softwareand open it and boot it to a usb flash drive. then restart ur laptop/pc and select that flash drive to boot...then it completes its process and when windows login screen appears ... press shift key 5 times continuously... a command prompt will popup... then write "net user Administrator <new password>" and hit enter..
