Hi Viku,
I recommend you to enter Disk Management and check if the drive is visible there. Does it have a drive letter and a file format? Check in Device Manager too. The drive should be under USB devices. If it is there, uninstall it and restart the laptop. If there is no change, try with another USB cable and check the drive on another PC. Do other USB devices work in the same USB port?
