In disk management has the disk got a drive letter?

Hi Nagudesh,
Could you tell us what troubleshooting steps you have followed? Is the drive internal or external?
If the drive is visible in Disk Management, check if the line above the drive is blue. Does the drive has a drive letter and a file format? If the drive is external, it is highly recommended to check the device on another PC and with another USB cable. Do you have valuable data on the drive?
