I forgot my yahoo email address security question and password

Hello,
i'm june lorenz tiro i'm a Filipino citizen i live in cagayan de oro city philippines and i have not access my yahoo email account for more than a year now and for that reason i forgot my yahoo email security question and password but luckily i can still remember my yahoo ID and email address, the reason why i have not access my yahoo email account for more than a year is i was admitted to a rehabilitation center for more than one year, my question is how can i access my yahoo email account with out my security question and password. thank you
