Hello Honest,
Method 1:
If your memory card is not detected by mobile connect it with pc if it is detected there.. try to right click and see in properties how much space it covered.. if some memory occupied then may be it is hidden..
Method 2:
Try this out...it is a hotfix from microsoft..

Method 3:
To Unlock memory card Try this:
1-Go to file manager on your mobile
2-In the "Settings" option,
3-Choose system folders,
4-In the "System" folder there's a file called "MMCSTORE",
5-Send that to your PC using IR/Bluetooth,
6-Then open it in notepad.
7-The password you need for your memory card is in that file
Method 4:
If the card is not detected even by pc ,
the memory card is corrupted
and it cannot be used anymore if you do not get the option
to format it, therefore you need to purchase a new one

Go to start-->Run-->cmd--> Type "attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* " (without quotes) (Note : Replace the letter g with your Memory Card letter. )
