PC needs long press to boot and internet not working

I need to long press the power button of cpu in order to turn it on. This happened suddenly for me.
And even if the land wire is not connected, it shows green light. If I put land wire, it wont blink.
I tried uninstalling the drivers, it wont install and it says that the device cannot start.

Tried pinging 128.1.1.
Sent 4 and received 4.. 0% loss..

Tried pinging 192.168.1.1
Sent 0 and received 0 .. 100% loss..

Tried loading bios to defaults. No.luck...

So pls tell me the solution for long press to turn On and Ethernet problem.

Tell something for me.. 
1) Pc/Laptop
2) What Land wire means? 
3) How do you able to ping 128.1.1. ?
4) which drivers you uninstall?
5) what is problem with your power button?

Oops. Sorry. That is desktop
And that is LAN wire. Its a spelling mistake
Ping in command prompt.
Uninstalled Ethernet controller drivers.
I have to long press the power button for around 20 secs. Only then the PC will turn on
