Flash drive does not show anything in it!!!

Hello,
Today, at my working place, I used my USB and then when I came back to my personal computer, I could not find anything in the Flash drive. Although from My computer window the free space of the flash drive is correct (it has about 7GB of data), when I open it nothing appears.
I did the CMD, Attrib..... method, and it did not work.
I also scanned the flash drive with antiviruses like Kasper Ski and AVG. Neither of them worked.
Please help me, there are many valuable data on this flash drive.

You might try using a Linux OS run from a CD on your computer. Sometimes Linux is able to by-pass Hard Disk errors that Windows can't.

None of the DIY data recovery solutions can do a thing if your computer does not recognize the drive.

I have examined different computers. All of them recognize the drive and show the used capacity.
unfortunately, none of them show the files and folders in it.
