My desktop is not turn on

Hello,

My desktop is not turn on, if I put the power on the system fan will round once then stops. No any other thing will move. Except for the sound from the power supply. I tried to replace the the cpu fan but still no change. What must I do?

Hello Evalicious,
Sounds like your PSU cause the problem..
Replace it with new one...
