Laptop doesn't restart

Hello, i have dell laptop ..my laptop doesn't restart whenever i restart it turned into loop forever and windows doesn't work..i hav to do again windows.

Yup, it sounds like a bad harddrive! What have you done to trouble shoot the drive?
