Hello techspaz,
I suggest you three methods,
Method 1:
Method 2:
Method 3:
If none of the above method work,
Try external monitor to view the screen,
If you see something on the external one then it may be you laptop screen got damage,
otherwise there may be problem in your graphic in the motherboard..

Method 1:
shutdown the laptop Remove the battery and AC adpater Press power button for 30 seconds Replace the battery switch on the laptop
Method 2:
Swap the RAM Replace it again
Method 3:
If none of the above method work,
Try external monitor to view the screen,
If you see something on the external one then it may be you laptop screen got damage,
otherwise there may be problem in your graphic in the motherboard..
