Hi, bhawna.
It really sounds like the card might have failed, as @Computertech mentioned. On the other hand, if it's not physically damaged, you could still try accessing it via Linux Live CD/USB or try using some of the data recover options from this thread: https://www.tomshardware.com/ to see if you're able to get to your data.
