I have a samsung RV515 laptop

Hello,

my brother dropped the laptop and ever since he dropped it the screen went black but it did go white at one point then i tried everything to fix it, i took the battery out and hold the power for 30 seconds to 1 min, then i took the ram out and switched it. That didn't work so i put it back and tried again. Nothing work and the screen is still black. I'm guessing it needs either a new battery or a new ram? Please help ASAP!!!

Hello keira,
Did you try your laptop with external monitor?..
Not probably we can get into conclusion that RAM or battery faulty..
check out with another monitor .. there may also possibilities of damaged back bulb in monitor..
