What are these files inside my USB flash drive

Hello everyone i had the virus shortcut inside my USB and i finally managed to delete it using the usbfix. The problem is 3 files are still inside my usb but idk if they are dangerous or not. The file names are like the following:
$tkcsygeaknsailwpdfdcpwhqynblpsypotewpmaiaji.iru
desktop.ini
IndexVolumerGuid

Should i delete any of them ? Thank you in advance

Hello

Yes! I think you should delete them, they are no doubt garbage files which USB Fix did not delete.
