My windows 7 Compaq presario will not start up

Just a normal day. Go to startup my computer when I get the message:

Error 0xc0000225

An error occurred when attempting to read from the BCD

I tried safe mode. Same thing happens. No drivers at all load.

I tried recovery mode. Same message again but with a different font.

I do not have a installation disc.

Stats
320gb HDD
2gb memory
OS:Win7Home premium 64bit

No internet at home

BIOS works fine

I am assuming that when no drivers load,it is trying to read from another partition that has been marked "ACTIVE"

Help me please!!!!

perhaps you can download a Windows 7 repair disk image.

You will need a bootable repair tool to repair the boot sector.
