Transcend 25M3: driver software not installed successfully

Hello,
I am having problem with my external HDD transcend 25M3 USB 3.0 ...... it was working fine before i clicked on the cancel option when the window having options "format disk" and "cancel" appeared after connecting it to my PC. now when i connect HDD to my PC the following message appears after some time "driver software not installed successfully"
please guide me how can i resolve it

I suggest you try the drive on another computer.

Chances are that the drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
