This is not a minor problem, it's a large plate of spaghetti that needs to untangled and hung to dry!
You tried to mix two different operating system (Apple and Windows) hence your windows got corrupted. Then the computer shop installed Windows 7 because your computer could support it. Installing non genuine Windows 8 was another mistake. If the product key is not entered and validated, Windows made it so to disable the computer. Now you entire system is corrupted.
I suggest you try to restore to factory settings which will return the lappy to the state when it was purchased. All data will be lost but it's better than a dead lappy.
