Hello, my hp laptop goes black when i try to log in to my account. When i use the guest account it logs in flashes the says logging out and takes me back to the user selection screen. I dont know what to do! Plz help

What OS is that?
This is probably because the OS files are corruptm i think

I m waiting to know which OS it is.
