Restore settings error

Hello,

HI I'm having trouble with my factory restore keeps coming up with error at the end anyone come across this before

Yes! When the recovery partition is corrupted.

Hello

Yes with the recovery disks. If you don't you must get them from your computer's manufacturer.

It's a Toshiba Satellite
