Hi Gunjan,
Sadly hard drives are very fragile device and should be taken care with caution. If your drive has fallen down, may have been physically damaged. Is there any noise coming from the drive? Search for the drive in Disk Management and in Device Manager. Have you tested in various PC and with different USB cables? If the drive suffers a mechanical failure, you may need to contact a Data Recovery Company in order to retrieve your data. Unfortunately software tools may not be able to help you, because the drive may be having troubles functioning normally.

Your best bet is to get a new hard drive. If the data is irretrievable, you could still be paying quite a bit depending how far and what kind of place you take it into.
