I'm sorry you can't access your account. Our Accounts team can help you with accessing your Yahoo account and updating the recovery email address/phone number on file so you can recover your account online in the future if needed. To get in contact with them use this link: https://help.yahoo.com/contact/account_care?actp=social
From there, enter the Yahoo ID you need help with and select "OK." https://www.flickr.com/photos/ycc_xander/15671143814/ After entering a valid Yahoo ID you'll be provided with the available contact options below the Password Helper box where it says "We're here to help!"
NOTE: After entering the Yahoo ID there will be a link to the Password Helper, but skip that if you already tried it, and instead use the contact option displayed right below it where it says "We're here to help!" It will look similar to this: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ycc_xander/16348465355/
