Help i can't install windows live

Hello,
help! everytime i try to install windows live products it looks like it is downloading it goes up to ninety percent and then it says rolling back and does not install anything i'm going crazy because of this. I tried everything i updated my computer and i uninstalled it and tried it again nothing works.:(
any ideas?please help

sir ,

i can't install windows live on xp service pack 2 iam trying to install but the following error massage is coming yor version of windows installer is out of date pls give me answer
