Notebook not turning on

Hello
My Dell inspiron15 core i3 is not getting on. While switching on the power key there is some sound from the device 2-3 times and the power lights go off.
A day before It was working fine and suddenly the screen went all white and blurred I restarted and then this problem started I thought might be some battery low issue and connected the charger and it started working fine the whole day but the day after it is not starting now

That does not sound good. It appears that your laptop has suffered a motherboard or other hardware failure. Your only option is to have a professional look at it. I suggest you have a local repair shop do a diagnostic evaluation to determine the exact failure and put a cost figure on your options.
