Sound problem

Hello,

My proline notebook v1165c4 no sound ,I try to reinstall windows.

Troubleshooting but still no sound.

I go to device manager to update but still no avaible drivers for it.any help
Android / Chrome 114.0.0.0

Hi,

Right-click on your sound device in Device Manager and go to Proprieties > Details. Choose Hardware IDs in the dropdown menu and provide us the first ID.
