Desktop is not booting up

Hello,
my desktop is not booting up though my fans are running,power led are on.if i left my pc turned off a long time and start again,it boots up for a small time and then goes again.whar can i do??

I think the problem with your laptop is related to the video chip known as North Bridge, which is responsible for sending the video signal to the display and/or external monitors. If you have any knowledge of laptops you could open your laptop, check if the thermic paste is in its place and verify that the chip hasn't been desoldered. Sometimes it happen where there's not enough cooling of the motherboard. I would suggest you to bring your laptop to a technician in order to make the necessary tests.
