Hi Sohail,
Could you please let us know what have you tried in order to avoid giving you suggestions you have already tried unsuccessfully. I would open the Command Prompt and use the Diskpart command. It should look like this:
Diskpart
list disk
select disk n ( n should be the drive number)
attributes disk clear readonly
