Computer Restarts When I Play the Sims 3

Hello,

I have stopped playing the Sims or about a year (with no problems) and I just started playing it again now. I was in create a sim, almost done, when bam. My computer restarted. I am not really a computer nerd so I don't know all that spec stuff or anything. NOTE: This has happened more than once.
I've tried to just ignore it, but I can't.
Please help me, I need it!

Please download and install Speccy. Once that is done, then start it up. Once it is done analyzing, click on File and then on Save Snapshot. Save the snapshot to your desktop and then right click on it and select Send To and then Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
Upload it here and paste the link.
