Hello,
Can someone please help. Is there a formula to highlight a cell in a row in column P if it is not equal to the same row in column C. I would need this for the whole column P.
Ex; row 7 column P equals 10, row 7 column C equals 12. I would like column P row 7 to turn red.
Thank you for your help.

troubled, Good afternoon.
Use Conditional Format.
Select column P
Go to Conditional Format MENU.
Use formula to rule
=P1<>C1
Choose RED as fill of cell.
Is this waht you want?
I hope it helps.
