Other Browser are not working on my LAPTOP except Mozilla Firefox

I suspect malware in the form of "browser helpers" is interfering with the connection. I suggest you try to start IE without "add ons".

Open Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
